- To process and confirm your travel bookings
- To communicate booking confirmations, updates and itineraries via email and WhatsApp
- To process payments and issue invoices
- To provide visa assistance and related documentation services

3. How We Share Your Information
We share your data only as necessary to fulfil your booking:
- Airlines & hotels: Passenger names, contact details, and travel dates required for reservations
- Visa authorities: Required personal documents for visa processing
- Payment processors: Razorpay processes payments — subject to their privacy policy
- WhatsApp/Meta: For sending booking confirmations via WhatsApp Business API
We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Booking records are retained for a minimum of 7 years for accounting and tax purposes. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us, subject to our legal retention obligations.
