⚠️ Cancellation charges are not fixed — they depend entirely on the service booked, the airline or hotel involved, and how close to the travel date the cancellation is made. TripXcia will always work to get you the maximum possible refund.
At TripXcia, we understand that travel plans can change. However, cancellations involve third-party service providers — airlines, hotels, transport operators, and visa agencies — each with their own rules. We act as an intermediary and pass on whatever charges these providers impose.

When you cancel a booking, TripXcia checks the cancellation rules applicable to your specific booking with the respective service providers. These rules vary based on:
TripXcia will communicate the applicable charges before processing your cancellation so you can make an informed decision.
Flight cancellation charges are set entirely by the airline and fare class booked. They can range from ₹0 (fully flexible fares) to 100% of the ticket value (non-refundable fares).
Hotel cancellation policies depend on the property and the rate plan booked.
Package cancellations involve multiple components (flights, hotels, transfers, activities) and the overall charge depends on all the individual cancellation rules combined.
Cab and transfer bookings can generally be cancelled with little or no charge if done 24+ hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations (within 4–6 hours) may be charged fully.
Corporate bookings are governed by the agreement in place between TripXcia and the respective company. Please refer to your company's travel policy or contact your TripXcia account manager for specific cancellation terms.
In cases of cancellations due to force majeure (natural disasters, pandemic travel restrictions, political unrest, government orders, etc.), TripXcia will make every effort to recover refunds from service providers on your behalf. However, we cannot guarantee full refunds in such circumstances as these are governed by the policies of the respective airlines, hotels, and operators.
